FAQs
You can find your referral link in your Heidi account by going into Settings > Account and clicking on the section called referral link. The first time you click it, you'll set up how you want to receive payments. The link will then be available in this section of settings for you to copy whenever you need it.
Yes! If you refer a clinician or clinic owner, you will be rewarded for each FTE who joins Heidi’s Pro tier.
You can decide between recieving PayPal cash, or Heidi credit to fund your own Pro subscription. Once your first referee joins our Pro plan and pays the subscription fee, we will notify you and provide instructions to cash-out your reward through PayPal, or automatically apply your Heidi credit.
No! You can refer an unlimited number of people. Remember, referral rewards are capped at a 6 months of each user's subscription.
