Changing your Heidi Health subscription from the Together plan to the Pro Annual plan.

Overview:

This article outlines the steps to switch a Heidi Health account from the "Together" subscription to the "Pro" plan (A$799/year). It includes how to navigate the billing portal, select the correct plan, and confirm the change.

Together is our Premium subscription for individuals looking to integrate, or for teams looking to work together, it is only available in Annual billing.

Pro is our most common subscription for individuals wanting to use Heidi, it is available in Monthly, and Annual billing.

👀 If you are wanting to change from Together to a Monthly Heidi Pro subscription, you would need to reach out to our team. We recommend the Annual subscription, as it comes with a cost saving of 30% over 12 months.

Step-by-Step Instructions to change your subscription tier:

  1. Go to Billing Portal

    • In the Web Version of Heidi Navigate to the billing portal using the Account tab:

    • Once there, you can "Manage my billing" from your Heidi account settings

  2. View Subscription Options

    • On the subscription overview page (Image 1), click "Update subscription".

  3. Select Pro Plan

    • In the update screen (Image 2):

      • Find "Heidi - Pro - Annual" (A$799/year).

      • Click Select under the Pro plan.

  4. Confirm Update

    • Review the pricing and click Continue to proceed.

    • Follow prompts to finalise the change.

  5. Verify Change

    • Return to the Account page.

    • Check that your plan now shows as "Pro - Annual".


Notes:

  • The change may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle (depending on system setup).

  • If you had an existing Pro subscription, you will be renewing for 12 months from the date you make this change, the cost will be pro-rated into your account.

    • For example, if you paid for Pro in November 2024, and want to downgrade from a Together trial back to Pro in April 2025, you will be pro-rated ~ 50% of an annual subscription, and your cost will be approximately 50% of the total, billing for 12 months.

  • The Pro plan will begin charging A$799/year upon confirmation.

  • Ensure a valid payment method is added before confirming downgrade

  • If you have an active integration, or access to team templates you will lose access to both when you downgrade from Together, to Pro.
