For Practice Owners: How to Onboard Your Clinic to Heidi
If you’re a practice owner, onboarding your clinic is easy! Once your account is set up, go to the Team tab to name your team and invite users. Teams are available for Pro or Together users.
For assistance with setting up a larger team, simply fill out this form, and a member of our team will reach out to help.
Note: Many of our users choose Heidi Together for its collaboration features. Together, you can:
Share notes and documents between clinicians and assistants
Use shared templates across your team for consistency
Heidi works smoothly with your current systems. You can copy and paste clinical notes and documentation wherever needed. Use our Chrome Extension for working with browser based apps.

Can My Clinic’s Team Members Use Heidi?
Absolutely! Each clinic team member can create an individual Heidi account, or you can set up a Heidi Team.
The Together plan is perfect for teams who want to work collaboratively. Please note that we require a main account for team billing.
Each team member will have their own account with personalised sessions, notes, and access.

Does Heidi Integrate with EMRs and Other Systems?
Yes, Heidi offers several integrations, with more rolling out each month. Although Heidi is designed as a stand-alone tool, it easily supports workflows with other systems:
Copying Notes: From your session, click “Copy” to quickly transfer notes to your EMR or practice management software.
Expanding Integrations: We’re actively developing more integrations. If you'd like to discuss a specific EMR integration, please reach out—our team would love to explore this with you!
Using Heidi for Telehealth Sessions
To use Heidi In Telehealth we have built the Heidi Desktop App, the desktop app allows you to run a video conferencing, or audio call off your laptop while Heidi picks up the system audio! It also works with Headphones!
