What's Included in the Free Plan?

Users on the free plan can create unlimited notes using our pre-made note templates. Users on the free plan are also allocated 10 Pro Actions per month to use on customised templates, document templates and Ask Heidi prompts.

What's Included in the Pro Plan?

Heidi’s Pro plan includes all of the features from the free plan. In addition to this you can use custom document templates, unlimited custom note templates and unlimited use of the 'Ask Heidi' ai tool.

Users on the Heidi pro plan also receive priority processing, meaning that your notes will generate faster, and priority customer support.

What's Included in the Together Plan?

Heidi’s Together plan includes all of the features from the Pro plan. Together is the best Tier for teams working together.

What Happens if I Exceed My Usage Limits on the Free Plan?

If you exceed your monthly usage limits on the Free Plan, you can still generate notes for your consults. Only the Pro Actions will be effected, meaning you will not be able to use custom templates, document templates or our Ask Heidi ai feature.
