On the log-in page, after entering your email you will be directed to enter your password. Click on 'Reset password', located under the continue button.

From here you will be sent a one-time code to the email associated with your Heidi account.

Should you not receive a code, click 're-send code'. After entering the code, you will be directed to reset your password.
