This page provides a guide on how to log in or sign up to Heidi via the integrated Widget.

Sign in / Sign up and Upgrade

1. When opening the Heidi Widget for the first time, you’ll see a link to complete setup in a new window. Click on this link.

2. A new window (or tab) will open to the following page. Sign in if you already have a Heidi account, otherwise select “Create one” to sign up.

3. Sign up - Follow the steps to sign up.

4. Once you are signed in (or have signed up), you will see the following screen, prompting you to upgrade your account. To use our integrations, a “Heidi Together” subscription is required.

We offer a 30 day free trial for integrated users, with no credit card required.

Note that if you are already on a Together plan, you will skip steps 3-6, and can begin using the Heidi Widget immediately.

5. Start your 30 day free trial. No credit card details are required at this stage.

6. Your integration is ready to use. Click “Use Heidi on your integration” to return to your EHR

7. The Heidi Widget is now ready to be used

After the Free Trial

1. The Heidi Widget will display the number of days remaining on your free trial

2. Once your trial has ended, you will be prompted to complete payment details to continue using the Heidi Widget

3. Enter your payment details and follow the prompts to continue using the Heidi Widget directly from your EHR!
