I do clinic notes, telephone notes, operative notes. I also use it for inpatient consultations and inpatient rounding. Custom templates change the game. UI/Ux is great. I'm in love.

I am a veterinarian using Heidi Health. I find this software ai scribe to be nothing short of incredible. In one week my clinical note taking has been completely transformed. I now have every fine detail of the client/patient visit completely captured with all the friendly chit-chat filtered out... Heidi is flawlessly capturing diagnostic recommendations and hasn't missed a single veterinary drug generic or brand name yet. It is well tuned to veterinary vocabulary. Heidi understands a dog named Ralph from an owner named Ralph.

The team is very responsive despite being a trial service for me. I believe the software is very useful and despite a few glitches which the team tries their best to address, it has been much better than other ambient AI scribes I have used.

Goldilocks format for initial and follow up exam notes is surprisingly accurate and does help with recalling events. Working on setting up an integration and pro but based on trial I would definitely recommend for a busy practice.

I absolutely love using Heidi. I had been needing to type during my patients subjective exam- and then spend time after work typing evaluation. It cut down on time spent directly with the patient and cut into personal time. Now with Heidi- I can just talk to my patient during an evaluation and I only need to quickly edit the evaluation at the end of the day. It saves so much time..I love it.

Makes documentation much easier and intuitive. At times, there would have been details I would have missed out on had i dictated or write out my note, but the “super detailed” mode makes use of direct quotes, which i found super helpful. The organizational ability is AMAZING and sorts out info where they belong (eg if they mention “oh I dont smoke”, it would generate under social history “never smoker”).
Does take some time to change tour mindset around having it do your note for you, but learning curve is not steep.

Finally! It is excellent for dictating my notes after seeing a patient and using AI, converting the notes to useable, simple, easy SOAP notes and other formats. I love how easy this is, and I can make my notes much more personal. Just a conversation with HEIDI makes it possible and suddenly, like magic, the notes are converted to clear, concise audiological language.

I would love to see this work directly with my patient database provider someday. For now, I'm thrilled with this!!! I'm just beginning to explore the features and am excited to discover what is next.

I have been looking for a program just like this and am so happy that I found Heidi. It's a free program but you can upgrade to more features if you like and it saves me a ton of time and mental energy in writing notes after my therapy sessions. I am telling my colleagues to try this for themselves! I love that it's free and it's accurate.

There are some mild mistakes that I correct before pasting into my notes but it's OK. It still saves me from having to type while I'm in session with the patient.
